VirtualBox 4.2.18 and Intel ANS (Advanced Network Services) incompatibility

Intel PROWinx64.exe Version: 18.7 and VirtualBox 4.2.18 dont mix.

Installing virtualbox loses the Intel ANS tabs in Intel NIC properties. 
An unsolved ticket describing the same problem: https://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/11877

So far the solution is to uninstall Virtualbox.
