Regex expression for timestamp filtering

Need to cover a time range from 17:30 to 08:00 with regex.
Came up with this:
2...-..-..T+([0][0-8]|[1][8-9]|[2][0-3]|(17):([3][0-9]|[4][0-9]|[5][0-9]))

Actual time matching begins after ..T+
